Teak chairs can be more expensive than the leading wooden chair. They are worth every penny spent. The quality of a teak chair is unlike any other. These chairs will last for decades and are very durable. They are great indoor chairs, but even as outdoor chairs, there is very little to worry about. As an outdoor chair, these teak chairs are resistant to bacteria, mold, mildew, and even insects.
You may not have heard of a papasan chair, and you may have heard it described as bowl chair. In essence is has a rattan base, a rattan bowl that sits on - but is not fixed to - the base and a cushion that sits on the bowl. Once a year, your indoor wicker chairs will have to undergo a thorough cleaning. Take them outside and wash completely. As usual, use mild soap and a soft brush. Rinse by spraying water using a garden hose. After that, you will have to dry them quickly so they don’t absorb the water. Expose them to the sun or if not use a dryer or a fan for drying.
